Check entrants as they arrive and mark as present in the registration book. Provide yellow wrist bands for participants who do not have photo permissions. Inform the secretary and announcer of any absences or other issues that arise. Sale of Programs. Manning the door to the entrance of the venue in Week 1 – to ensure performers are not distracted by audience movement.
